Pro: - Location Cons: - The whole apartment was extremely dirty, old, dusty, treated with carelessness. We arrived and the floor was covered in a black dust, and we immediately informed Sun & Snow. They sent someone the day after to clean but they said in Poland they do not mop the floor so the lady just vacuumed. We purchased all cleaning supplies and did it ourselves. - So many pieces of furniture and decor were falling apart, losing plastic and pieces, lamp shades were stained, shower curtain was moldy, blinds had hole punched. - We were give only 1 pot, broken, bent and with scratched teflon. No other pots, no salt or oil or whatever just one pot and a range of assorted tableware. - A lady came several times to shout at us because we weren't doing the recycling correctly, although no instruction was provided by Sun and Snow other than "throw it in the courtyard". She called us "dirty tourists" and menaced she would have made us lose our deposit (she wasn't even working anywhere, just a random neighbor).
