Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. J'ai été tred bien accueilli. Ils sont aux petits soins. Côté chambre, celle-ci était spacieuse et grande. J'ai apprécié la gamme de produits Balmain mis à disposition pour faire sa toilette. J'ai aussi aimé le design des chambres et le lit qui était confortable.
