The gentleman at the reception was extremely kind and helpful—he assisted us with booking a taxi to the airport and also gave us excellent information about the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. I was welcomed by a super-friendly and caring staff, and I think I even got a room upgrade. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is central, with a few less welcoming spots in some of the nearby streets, but nothing serious.
