L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et les espaces communs sont élégants et bien entretenus. Le personnel est également professionnel et accueillant. Nous avons cependant été un peu déçus par la piscine. D’une part, l’accès n’est pas inclus dans la formule Executive, ce qui est surprenant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Après discussion avec la réception, nous avons finalement pu y accéder gratuitement, ce que nous avons apprécié. En revanche, l’eau de la piscine était assez froide, ce qui rend l’expérience moins agréable qu’on pourrait l’espérer. Malgré ce point, l’hôtel reste très beau, bien situé et nous avons globalement passé un excellent séjour à Prague."
