Location was good for exploring Prague. Hotel is generally fine but the bathrooms are small and need updating - especially the shower. You still need to climb over the side of a bath to use the shower so it may not be ideal for seniors.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and provided attentive service throughout. The rooms were were clean, and the hotel was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen at a hotel. I also liked from a tourist perspective that they had a Big Bus touring stop right outside the hotel. I had a deluxe king room with a Riverview which was great!

Lovely hotel for long weekend or mid week break. Mid week easier check in, weekends long lines with limited reception staff. Exec rooms and lounge excellent. Pity there is not an alacarte resturant on site, just noisy sport bar and basic bistro, should you not want to leave the hotel to eat! There was some type of security problem on the executive floor which needed 24 hour detectives on the floor and rooms security sealed for all four days we were here and were not informed of what was going on or had been going on. Even when we enquired for our own safety! Staff were obviously told not to inform other guests which did make our stay a little concerning. However, good breakfast clean rooms and somewhat helpful staff.

We were traveling with a car so this was a perfect location that has parking but is also close enough to walk into the city. The room was great, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was very good, but my favorite part was they had an ice machine!

The hotel was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. However, a few things could be improved. There was no drinking water available in the spa, and guests were expected to buy it. This was particularly concerning when a woman nearly fainted. Drinking water stations should be available throughout the property, especially in the spa. There was one in the lobby for two days, but it was always empty whenever I checked, and then it disappeared. The spa towels and robes were also old and worn out, and the vegan options at breakfast were very limited. Addressing these issues would make the stay much more comfortable.
