- Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The Spa facilities were not working, and neither Expedia nor the Hotel informed me before check in. That was very disappointing.

In the business district, Hilton Prague is in Prague's Prague 8 neighbourhood, a walkable area with good airport proximity. Hybernia Theatre and Estates Theatre are cultural highlights, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Palladium Shopping Centre and Lucerna Arcade. Check out an event or a game at Tipsport Arena, and consider making time for Prague Zoo, a top attraction not to be missed. The construction noise is terrible, if you plan on being in your room during the day at all, up to 7pm, this is not the place. WiFi is charged extra at a pretty steep daily rate ($20), but they waived that for me because my room was not ready when I arrived. The room service is ok, but service is extra, the food is bland. If you take anything from the Mini Bar make sure to write it down. I had three items and had eight show up on my bill. The beds are great and TV channels are plenty.
