Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
I was never given check in info and who to call. I had to search for a phone number to call. I did, but no one called me back, so I had to sleep in my car on Friday and Saturday night. It is now Sunday, and I still have not heard from them

If you want peace of mind when traveling, don't!

Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. I was so looking forward to this trip, but this experience for sure overshadowed my anticipation. Hotels.com eventually relocated us at no extra costs.
