Le Petit Riad, "The Little Courtyard" in French, is an immersive Moroccan experience. Inspired by Chefchaouen, the sapphire colored city, this is a tiny space with big IMPACT. Every meticulous detail will leave you wondering if somehow, magically, you ended up on a flight to the Mediterranean, instead of PIT. Nestled in a quiet alley literally steps from Butler Street and all Lawrenceville, the hottest hood in Pittsburgh, has to offer.

​It's the city's biggest and arguably hippest neighborhood.  
  
Home to many artists and designers, this trendy 'ville hosts some of the city's biggest arts events. It's a neighborhood on the rise with affordable properties, first-rate, one-of-a-kind shops and an awesome dining scene. The neighborhood has undergone such a revival that it's called a "go-to" destination by The New York Times. Located less than three miles from Downtown, it's a neighborhood with deep roots too. In fact, composer Stephen Foster's father charted the street plans in 1814.  
1\. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.  
  
2\. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of two (2) up to a maximum of four (4) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.  
  
3\. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.  
  
4\. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to checking out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.  
  
5\. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.  
  
6\. If Guest cancels the trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host is willing to refund if any dates are rebooked. This refund is provided only above and beyond the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. Hosts understand plans can change, and don't believe in "double-dipping" if Guest nights are able to be rebooked.  
  
7\. There is no daily housekeeping service. The property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival; linens, bath towels, toiletries, and more are included in the stay. Additional supplies or mid-stay cleanings are available for additional cost.  
  
8\. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:  
\- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times  
\- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing  
\- Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.

#### Le Petit Riad: A Moroccan Oasis indeed

We loved our stay at Le Petit Riad! It was exactly as described and pictured, such an adorable and well decorated tiny home! It had everything we needed and was super cozy. Chad our host was so helpful, informative, and responded quickly. The location was also great! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
