"This place was excellent! Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable king beds, roomy and private hot tub, easy to use higher end gas grill, and especially the peaceful fenced in backyard for our pup. The hosts were easy to communicate with and got back to me in minutes when I had a question. The location was great for visiting Luray, New Market and of course the Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive. We’d definitely want to stay here again if we’re back in this area."

"My nephew loved the vintage video gaming systems. Kitchen is not large which worked out ok as we didn’t end up cooking. But, if you were planning to cook, keep that in mind. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom."

"This is a breath taking property. There was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids and the direct access to the river was by far the best part of our stay. My only constructive criticism would be focusing on the cleanliness of the hot tub and that not all of the tubes, kayaks and paddles were usable, but we made do. Overall, this lovely place and would recommend!"

"What a great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of life. So peaceful! The view from the hot tub was a bonus. The host was very imformative and made all the details of our stay easy. We were lucky to have some wildlife visitors during our stay too! Highly recommend staying here."

"Lovely location on the river. Fire pit,screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY."
