Very clean and comfortable the location is terrific with easy walks to the beach, the pier, and lots of great restaurants and coffee choices. The only negative thing is the noise from the upstairs apartment, once it was addressed it got much better but there was an awkward afternoon trying to figure out how to tell people traveling with children to calm it down.
