"This hotel was phenomenal. The service was incredible, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We didn't speak Portuguese, and they made personalized menus for us each morning so we could see the food options. Contrary to some other comments, we found the prices clearly marked, and there was no unexpected charges. The staff helped us coordinate transportation, and made sure we had an exceptional time visiting the city. The venue was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We highly recommend. "
