There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager.
