« There was a faint scent of smoke and a little sign saying no smoking and that they'll charge like $200 for cleaning service if you smoke in there, so I reported it but had to go to the front to do it because the phone didn't work... aside from that it was a great stay. »

« The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial. »

Also, the room was not clean a couple of days even when the sign was left at the door. The outside of the hotel was dirty, not cared.
