"Parking is easy, staff is kind. I travel a lot for work and only was in the room for 4 hours to sleep. I work in film & tv and showed up with makeup looking like I had bruises all over my body so with that in mind, the staff was still very kind and courteous to me. Room was clean, large and cozy. I had a decent view . I like that it’s hardwood floors and not carpet. My only gripe is the pillows were not super comfy but I am a bit of a snob and I still passed out the moment I touched them. I keep my room cold, and it was nice and cold. "

"I’m writing a review that I was told I didn’t have reservations for. How can I review a stay that I was told I didn’t make? Also, the front desk man was rude. Said I could get a room for more a night through them. Didn’t want to help at all so I spent $300 somewhere else! "

"I had to ask for a hair dryer and ironing board. They're wasn't one in the room. The doors would slam when entering or leaving. I know I left an item for sure and when I called, they claimed it wasn’t there. "
