« Clean room. Guest service representative was kind. Great stay. »

« Hard to say something positive. Mainly a management issue. 100$ caution cash …even when the room is paid in advance … per room ! No receipt just pay, and that was the welcome we had after 30 mn waiting the return of the clerk. Coffee in the morning was was just sock juice and no shampoo just lotion in bathrooms… great feeling when you wash with lotion. The smell in the corridors are not even describable, awful ! I know it was a middle price room but honestly I had the feeling is was more a one...

« The AC unit in our room flooded the floor »

« Everything felt unclean, barely maintained. The carpets in the main lobby were disgusting, the carpet in our room was coming up, the beds had a bare minimum amount of linens. We asked for extra pillows and a comforter for the pull out couch and got half of what we asked for and some sheets. 😒 All in all it feels like an old building that needs updates and they are overcharging because it looks like it would be nice from the outside. Several things didn’t work- like QR codes for info and staff...

« Hôtel très bien. Propre, petit déjeuner très bien et personnel sympathique. Je recommande »

« This is the perfect place to spend time alone with your partner, I was truly delighted. »

« The elevator has been broke for more than two weeks. I have health issues and sometimes have to use devices and couldn’t even get a first floor. I had asked for one as well. The clerk had a bad attitude. I go there a lot and the last couple of visits it was not good »

« Arrivée très tardive (23h00), et pourtant accueil très chaleureux. Chambre grande et silencieuse malgré l'autoroute à côté ; excellente insonorisation ! Seul bémol : le petit déj s'arrête à 9h00 ; il ne faut pas trainer. »

« de tout mon séjour au États-Unis c'est hotel avait le lit le plus confortable, une piscine agréable, un très bon accueil, petit déjeuner classique »
