« The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony. »

« Le lit était confortable et la literie de qualité. La douche fonctionnait super bien et il y avait de l'eau super brûlante. Malheureusement, je ne me sentais pas chez moi. L'appartement n'était pas bien équipé. Il manquait de la coutellerie, linge à vaiselle ou égouttoir à vaisselle et poêlon pour les oeufs et spatule. Après en avoir fait mention à la propriétaire, on m'a apporté un poêlon antiadhésif le lendemain, une spatule, un couteau et deux fourchettes. Les éponges à récurer...

« Very disappointing experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the service was terrible. I booked an ocean-view room, but all I could see was another building. When I asked the staff, they said it was because my room was on the third floor, even though I paid for an ocean view. The first room was unacceptable, and I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused. My family also had to leave after the second night, and we ended up booking another hotel. I hope the hotel improves its customer service...

"The overall place is beautiful and well managed and taken care off. Beautiful surroundings. There is nonetheless a few basic elements which are not up to standards for a 4 stars boutique resort: - the trash bin of my bungalow hasn't emptied when I check-in, which should be the Frist thing to be taken care of when cleaning a room. - there was a lot of dust on the top of the bed head. I asked to get it removed and cleaning personal only waved it around by hand ! When the whole point was to prevent dust to get on pillows below. - wi-fi in common areas and rooms provide Avery bad connection. I had to handle a one hour meeting by Visio and couldn't make it. Had to drop after 5min. So overall, the place is beautiful and gardens and surroundings are well maintained, but lack of basic service level make the place do not worth the price."
