"I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. I can’t speak to the Sapphire Hotel itself, as I never saw a room, but can speak to my experience. "Nice sized room with a separate kitchen, laundry room, and a balcony. Very spacious, and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a DMZ tour and a private Mausoleum tour through them, everything was well planned and good value. "
