This is a perfect home for a big family or friends. Better than expected from the pictures. Everyone had their own room and bathroom so there was privacy for each family. Property manager greeted us when we got there to show us all the qualities of the home and how to use amenities. Groceries are close, nice walking or biking path in front of home. We just had such a great time!!

Overall great property and would like to give 4.5\* review for our experience as other than a few nit picky items things were 5\* worthy. A couple of guests believed some general housecleaning could have been a bit better. Dusty fans and it seemed like the HVAC systems were struggling with dusty filters or ductwork, noisier systems than normal. We had an issue with the filtered water not working in the main house and that wasn’t addressed, a couple of cases of water could have been provided for the inconvenience. Small things that we expected for the premium product. Communication was great, property amenities were great, just the little details that a premier client expects could have been better.

#### Living in the Lap of Luxury

We stayed here for a guys golf trip and the pictures of the house show a magnificent property and somehow it was WAY better in person! This property was fantastic, from the steam shower in the master bath to the golf simulator in the EDU garage it is evident that no expense was spared when this property was built. It was beautifully maintained and the 24/7 text access to the management company was ideal. Our only issue was the hot tub drained itself overnight on our first night but they had someone there immediately to help remedy the situation. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend that you stay here too.

#### Golf Outing

This house is spectacular, beautifully decorated and furnished. We were met by a representative of the property manager who gave us a much needed tour of the many rooms and features. Each of us had his own room, all but one with en suite bath. This is a great site for golf outings and would also be great for family reunions or multi-family vacations. Only regret is that we didn’t have time to fully enjoy the golf simulator, theater and other on-site entertainment. Only nit: Wish there were more/ more convenient electric outlets or USB ports.

#### Amazing Private Oasis

This house was in the perfect location for our family! Close enough to everything we wanted to do while also providing amazing seclusion and privacy. The backyard is stunning and was perfect for my kids. The onsite host Sidney was fantastic and helped us with booking massages at the house as well as a private chef for dinner. We have found our new spot in Scottsdale!

The house and casita are gorgeous. Very open and bright with lots of space to spread out. The backyard pool and fire pit is fantastic! A putting green and outdoor games makes this space really special. Our family will definitely be back for another visit.

Our stay here was excellent from check in to check out! We got a tour of the house and staff was always very responsive if we had questions. The house and pool were incredible and everything was clean when we arrived. I'd highly recommend this property!

#### Amazing Property - but watch out for Mgmt Co.

The house is absolutely enormous and in great condition. Large kitchen can support very large family or friend group. Quiet cul-de-sac. Detached casita with 2 bedrooms works very well for folks that like a little escape from the main house. Only negative has to do with management company (House and Home Vacations), not the property. Hozho East Estate was clearly listed on vrbo with a heated pool and no dsclaimers about an extra fee for heating the pool. We searched and searched but did not see anything about a fee. When we contacted mgmt team to make sure the pool heat was on prior to our arrival they informed us that it was a $195 fee per day. I am 100% certain they were wrong because they were just quoting a "standard" home and did not know this particular home. Anyways, they wouldn't budge and wouldn't take the time to research it and verify this property. They even pulled the old "you signed the rental agreement" as a threat but the rental agreement (which we read diligently) just has more boilerplate language that "a fee may apply...". To make a long story short, we didn't want to risk the extra $195 a night fee even though we knew we were right so we did not use the pool and just used the hot tub. As a final insult to us, our plans changed on the last day and we had a few free hours. We asked if we could check out at Noon (an extra 2 hours) and they said we sure could for $500 fee! Not challenging their right to charge extra for a late checkout but really!
