This gorgeous MODERN CONTEMPORARY Ultra Clean, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 2-4 very comfortably! Completely remodeled in 2017. Pull out Sofa Bed with top of the line tempurpedic foam mattress topper in living room with a great working AC to compliment the Arizona heat when needed. Sitting area on the deck with breathtaking views of the Superstition Mountains in the peaceful Quail Creek Community. Heated pool and hot tub. All of the comforts of home in your "home away from home!"

-Two 50 inch Smart Ultra 4K TV's with live TV streaming, DVD player, and High speed Wifi (up to 60mbps) are Included in your stay.

-California King Bed in bedroom with quality bedding, linens and towels.

-Soft close Contemporary Kitchen Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops with island stools, Stainless Steel Appliances and 18 inch tile throughout entire condo.

This little condo was perfect for our stay, we were here to help our 95 year old father move some things around for our step mom’s return home after surgery and the place was real close to his home. The host was very responsive and when we needed to extend our stay for a few days he was very helpful. Thank you, we would stay here again.

The property was a great place to stay. We stayed there for an extended period of time before our move out of state. Mostly the host Ryan was an awesome guy and was available whenever we had any needs. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay

Host Ryan was incredibly quick getting back to us, even though we had no major issues. Location was great for us as we were visiting family nearby. Laundry room is close by. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Condo was well stocked with dishes etc. My only issue was quite a few of the dishes, cutlery etc were dirty so I just washed anything before using ... no big deal. Would definitely stay here again

Escape the cold

We were in Arizona for some hiking and this location could not be beat. For just the two of us it was great, very comfy bed! Close to grocery store and restaurants as well. Communication with the owner had quick responses and check in was no problem. The only problem was a slight cleaning issue but it did not affect our overall experience. Would recommend.

A nice condo

This is a nice condo. Very well equipped. The king sized bed was comfortable. The view of Superstition Mtn is great. The desert starts right across the road so there is a country feel to the location. Very easy to drive to stores, restaurants and attractions. The pool area is nice and the laundry facilities are convenient. Owner is quick to respond to questions. We'd stay here again.

Great Condo

We love this location. Beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains. Close to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The condo was comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. Nice pool area.

Perfect Getaway!

We really loved Ryan's condo. It was extremely clean, well-stocked and part of a great little community. We were visiting our daughter at Lost Dutchman State Park and were only 7 minutes away....great location. Ryan was the best host. Communication was very easy. He was totally attentive to making our trip perfect. Thanks Ryan!!! We will be back!

A Convenient and Modest Condo

This one bedroom condo is conveniently located near to most of the hiking trails in the Superstition Mountains. It is a well furnished unit that is similar to a one bedroom apartment without being very high end. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with, although the shower needs an upgrade and the cleaning crew had not done a good job on the tile floor. There is a pay for laundry nearby and the condo association has a pool.

Great Place

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Condo was real nice along with the pool, hot tub and laundry facility. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves almost everyday. We did have an issue with the refrigerator not working but Ryan had that all taken care the very next day!

Perfect little place and fully furnished

This was a bit small for our family of four but we weren’t there a lot so worked out well! Beautiful view from balcony. This is the most furnished place we’ve ever stayed in with containers. Spices, etc…the only thing we didn’t have e was an umbrella! Lol Ryan typically communicated quickly.

Perfect location for Quiet stay

Very well maintained and good location for ease of access to and from Apache Junction. Property needs an upgrade in the shower area and the fan/ac unit is a bit loud when in operation. Minor issues for a 4.5 star unit. Well done!

Great location for nearby hiking!

Clean and cozy one-bedroom condo with a great view of Superstition Mountain from the front deck. Close enough to shopping and several fun little restaurants and bars to walk if you choose. And within a half hour from too many hiking trails to list. The cali king bed was comfortable, large walk-in closet, kitchen stocked with all the necessities. Didn't get to use the pool area as the weather was too cold, but looked like plenty of seating. Would have liked a washer/dryer in unit, but the laundry room on site was commercial size and clean. We loved the sun-filled front deck with comfy chairs...perfect for our morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. Our only complaints...although the two couches are lovely and fit the living space nicely, they are not at all comfortable for TV viewing or lounging around. I would suggest they change at least one of them out with a higher back unit with reclining capabilities. Also, a couple new chairs for the island counter. Overall, a great place to stay for a single or couple!
