Tempe Getaway with Private Pool & Amazing Location!

Located only 10 min away from ASU, 11 min from Tempe Marketplace, 12 min from the Sky Harbor Airport and <20 min away from Old Town Scottsdale - our home is located close to all the popular Phoenix amenities, but still in a quiet & safe neighborhood! Enjoy the outdoor seating / private pool while at home, and indulge in all that Phoenix has to offer at a short distance!

We have high chairs and a pack & play for guests traveling with kiddos. Please note our pool is not gated!

We also have a dedicated workspace in a bedroom, with a desk, chair and external monitor with a HDMI cable.

Nice place, clean, some nice upgrades, pool and back outdoor area could use a little updating and cleaning. Easy checkout. Host provided some snacks and waters and everything was well stocked. Location was central but neighborhood was not the best. Would use again.

Host was very welcoming. The property was well-appointed and featured everything we needed for cooking basic breakfasts. In addition, the snacks and breakfast add-ons available were wonderful! Finally, the built in water filter for drinking water was perfect for staying hydrated in the dry AZ climate. We did not have a chance to use the backyard pool, but it was crystal clear and ready for swimming!

Kitchen was amazing, had everything we needed. Temperature in the home was comfortable and bedrooms were wonderful. Our host was easy to get a hold of and had no issues with entering the home. The house is in a great location. Not in the middle of everything, but close enough to get to where you need to go. The bedrooms were a good size. There were only TVs in the living room and the master bedroom. There were no dressers in the 2 extra bedrooms and the closets were very small. The cleaning people could definitely do better. The vent in the hallway was caked in dust, there was hair behind the bathroom door, there was a glob of hair in the shower drain, the dishes in the cabinets had to be washed before we used them and the microwave was filthy. We didn't find out about not being able to use the garage until after we booked the house which was disappointing since it was still over 100 degrees when we were there.

This is the perfect property for us in Tempe visiting our daughter's family. We bring our dog with us and it has a good enclosed outdoor area with a large pool and a wonderful park just 15 mins walk away. The house is really well appointed with a lovely modern kitchen with all you could need and comfortable living and dining area. The host is very efficient and great communication and check in and out was very easy.It is close to all sorts of shops and restaurants and all Tempe has to offer.This is our second visit and we intend to reserve again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others visiting the area.

Quiet and Relaxing!

We stayed here for my daughter's college graduation from GCU. It was convenient for us in relation to where we have family--one mile from a sibling and 3 miles from Grandma. The pool area was wonderful for some AZ sunshine, the sectional was large and comfy for lounging, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Comfy beds. Thank you for making us feel at home while we celebrated a milestone!

Perfect property and location in Tempe AZ

We had a wonderful stay at the property in Tempe. The host was really communicative and accommodating and check in and out was very easy. The property is well appointed and very clean with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. The back yard was great for our dog and there is a wonderful lakeside park Kiwanis Park just a 10 min walk away. It is close to shops and restaurants and has easy access and parking. We would not hesitate to recommend it to others and hope to stay again ourselves

Thanksgiving family trip
