Quaint three-bedroom home sits on a corner lot with greenbelt behind house and a park around the corner. The heated pool has a quiet relaxing waterfall that makes the backyard a wonderful oasis. The open feel of home allows guests to experience indoor/outdoor living while keeping everyone together.

The home is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom with an amazing location. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All are brand new mattresses and beds. This home is limited to sleep only 6 people in beds.

This home is perfect for a family or just a couple enjoying the beautiful weather AZ has to offer. The home is cleaned professionally and has all utensils for people to create chef dinners.

East Valley Power Ranch

This home was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Needed to stay in Power Ranch and this home checked all the boxes. Pool was great relief from the heat. Kitchen has all you need. Great stay for a quick getaway. Will stay here again.

Family visit

The home is well maintained and comfortable. Much better than staying in a hotel room. My granddaughter enjoyed spending time in the pool. I liked the green belt behind the house. I was able to walk my dog there, so she could do her business. Very close to my son’s home, convenient to everything. Really appreciated being able to access the garage, to keep the car out of the Arizona heat. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a beautiful property with lots of room. We enjoyed making dinner on the grill a couple times. Really loved the pool and the lay out beds. We did have something crazy happen but Bradley and his associates took care of us quickly.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Brad’s house. The house is in the beautiful neighborhood of Power Range; Very conveniently located. The heated pool was wonderful. Brad is very responsive. Definitely would stay there again.

A Perfect Gilbert Getaway: Comfort, Cleanliness, and Location

The property was in a quiet neighborhood with access to lots of paved biking trails/sidewalks, dining, and shopping. This allowed us to explore several restaurants and get groceries conveniently from nearby Target and Safeway.The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with enough amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owner was incredibly helpful with great communication, and there is a binder with local insights and tips at the home. There is a pool, which we did not use, but it does look great, and I did like the waterfall feature. It adds a nice sound to the backyard while you sit and enjoy the sun.This VRBO rental had everything that we needed, be it to shop, dine out, or just stay in and enjoy a quiet night. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Gilbert area and would rent this home again.

A spacious home and fun backyard

-conscientious ownership -ample space for our family in the open layout -nestled in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with lots of walking paths (we walked everyday for a week and never took the same route) -patio and pool area is a great spot to just hang out and chill

Great place for the family!

A nice stay in Gilbert

The property was as advertised and communication with the property manager was very good. The pool was beautiful. Some of the pool toys were kind of dirty but we worked around that. All in all it was a great time.
