The inside of the house if very open and feels very large, easy for large groups to gather.Check in and out was easy and communications from the property management group were easy to follow.I would rent this house again if we come back to AZ for a trip next year. ##### Jeremy D. There were multiple broken items or items in disrepair. Burned out light bulbs,, broken light fixtures, broken built in grill (an alternative grill was provided) , broken fountains and cracked pavers in the front of the house,, freezer that did not work properly ( froze up and did not produce ice). No central air in main living area, kitchen, master br, and basement bedroom. (individual ac units for each space). House nneds TLC. ##### Chris H. Gave us enough space, everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware, pots needs for basic cooking which helped us keep it a home away from home vibe. The location was beautiful and we even saw some wildlife they we are not use to. The pool was big enough for all 7 of us to be in and play or float around. The views allowed for some amazing photos. Comfy , clean plenty of parking. The only issues were the mini slip in the dinning area was leaking water. WeCouldn’t get tvs to work, the bbq grill was not cleaned.so I cleaned it. And used it . It's a good sized home that was able to nicely accommodate our family. The hosts were very responsive to requests. We loved grilling out and sitting on the back patio to enjoy the expansive views, and then walking in and around beautiful Fountain Hills.
