The Space



No detail is overlooked in this home, designed to accommodate every type of vacation for groups large or small. You’ll have your own private resort-inspired HEATED pool with a new filtration system (additional fee for heat), an onsite roll-out mini putting green, lawn games, a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a large pool-side gazebo.



Upon entering, a grand circular staircase welcomes you, leading your gaze across the expansive foyer adorned with craftsman details—handsome flooring, banisters, and pillars. The living room features a sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and an 80" flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration.



The rec room centers around a massive sofa facing a 70” flatscreen TV, ideal for catching all your favorite cable channels, including ESPN, Discovery, History, A&E, TNT, and HGTV! You’ll find a modern pool table in the adjacent billiards room.

But wait, there’s more! The stunning chef’s kitchen awaits, boasting sleek custom cabinets including a built-in oven/microwave tower, a walk-in pantry, huge granite center island with built-in gas range top and counter space for your culinary adventures. All stainless steel appliances including an extra-large refrigerator, and an ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy casual dining at the granite-top bar or sit down in the elegant dining area.



Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with name-brand furniture and linens. The huge master bedroom provides abundant space and storage for all your vacation outfits, complete with a large king-size bed, a 50” flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom featuring an 8-mode shower panel tower system and a large jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. The second master bedroom also boasts a spacious king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom.

Annual friends Scottsdale golf trip

It was a very bad start. I kept sending emails with no response. But, ultimately when Eden got involved it was great service from then on. The coffee maker didn’t work and she replaced it the same day. I never got the upstairs master tv to work. And the master shower temperature control either doesn’t work or I never figured it out. The hot tub was perfect. I tried to wash the dishes when we left but couldn’t find the dishwasher pods or soap. Very nice property and fair price.

Excellent Business Escape

The property was excellent. The entire team remarked that it felt so much better than being at the JW Marriott. It was less lonely feeling when you get to your hotel room. The amenities were excellent. the firepit and lounge atmosphere surrounding it was a huge hit.

Amazing property

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! I was in town with my family and my boyfriend and his family and there was more than enough space for all of us. The location was in a nice quiet area, plenty of entertainment and lots of room for you and your guests. It was also only 20mins away from the airport which was very convenient I highly recommend this property!

Search no more.

Nothing but great things to say. We were 6 adults and 2 kids and had room for more. Beds were very comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and fresh. Master bedroom was a dream. Kitchen was clean and well equipped with essentials. The sofas were really comfortable and had great tv’s with cable. Climate was well controlled and even throughout all bedrooms. Wifi was great. No unusual smells. Pool, hot tub, and backyard amenities were very enjoyable. Host was responsive and helpful. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. We will re-book this home if we stay in Scottsdale again.

Truly Memorable Stay

The house was the perfect setting for our extended family to celebrate the birth of our first grandchild. From the great grandparents to the Aunts & Uncles, the house accommodations were ideal. All beds were comfortable and rooms and bathrooms spacious. The kitchen had plenty of space for our large family Easter dinner preparations. The backyard with pool, hot tube & turf for bocce and putting green was the place where we enjoyed sun & family time. The barbecue grill was large enough for our family dinners. Laundry room was put to good use throughout our stay. The property manager, Chrissy checked in with us upon arrival, brought us a coffee grinder! She was immediately responsive when we tripped a circuit running three hairdryers at once! I am hopeful this property will be available for future family gatherings! Many thanks, Chrissy, for making our extended weekend a truly memorable stay!

A healing oasis

This house was perfect to accommodate our adult family as my mom recovered from a major surgery at Mayo. It provided us all peace and privacy nearby, but away from, the hospital. It became our home away from home, which was especially meaningful since we were there over the holidays. It was bright, clean and spacious, and the property manager Chrissy went above and beyond to accommodate our requests!

Friends and Fun but few issues

We came to Scottsdale For a weekend with friends. We had a few issues upon arrival, they gave us the wrong code to check in in the hot tub was 77°. We were all looking forward to the hot tub and we contacted the property manager but could not get it resolved until the next day. The house was clean, very quiet neighborhood, the pool is small but get some decent sun during the day. When I called the property manager to ask about the heat in the pool he told me that the pool was not heated. However it is advertised on the listing and after looking further at the mechanicals we figured out how to turn on the pool heat. Overall it is a nice big house with a few details covered like more pots and pans in the kitchen and more of a guide on how to use the hot tub and pool I would’ve given it a five star rating.

Weekend Stay

This is a great house with tons of space both inside and out. The backyard is lovely and the pool very pretty. With just a few additions and upgrades, this would have been an amazing 5 star rating. No towel racks in bathrooms- No bathmats in bathrooms Blinds not working in 1 bedroom The equipment/ and kitchen items were amazing. The ONLY condiment or staple was salt/pepper left by the last people.

Wonderful!

Stayed here with 3 co-workers while in town for a conference, and loved it. Beautiful property, centrally located to everywhere and everything in Scottsdale. Fantastic amenities, and well stocked to make you feel right at home. The worst thing was having to leave. :-)
