It is just 4 minutes from the square and there is a ton of shopping and dinning options. The home has recently had its kitchen renovated and has a mini game room. I feel that guest will be very impressed with the location and type of house that this listing offers. We had 4 in our group so we needed at least 2 rooms in 2 bathrooms, This house was perfect in a very quiet neighborhood, It was exactly as described Had everything we need and the owner was easy to communicate with. We go to the Phoenix area quite a bit and we will definitely be staying here again! ##### Mary C.
