Sleeping arrangements

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms, each arranged with neutral tones and simple touches for restful nights. Five beds are distributed throughout the rooms, providing flexible sleeping options for families or groups. Two well‑appointed bathrooms supply essential conveniences for getting ready and winding down.



Indoor living

Gather in the open living area or head to the game room where a pool table and life‑size games add playful energy to your stay. A dedicated workspace with a separate door offers a quiet spot for focused tasks. Central air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while a TV, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials add everyday ease.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals together. A nearby dining table sets the scene for shared breakfasts, casual lunches, or relaxed dinners after a day of desert adventures.



Outdoor living

A fully fenced backyard creates a private oasis. The patio, equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers, invites you to soak up the warm Phoenix climate at any time. A private BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking, and the year‑round pool offers a refreshing dip whenever you like. If you prefer extra warmth, a large heated pool is available upon request for an additional fee.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the home balances serenity with convenience. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions are within easy reach, allowing you to experience the best of Phoenix while returning to a tranquil base.

Guest Access:

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2022-3122
