And like an island surrounded by the pool and landscaping, there is a separate Ramada to relax under the shade and enjoy some great Scottsdale weather. The expansive grass areas are rare for AZ but are great for activities! We have the ladder ball and bocce ball ready to go. Cleanliness and guest comfort/convenience is definitely a priority at this home. The towels and bedding are regularly replaced and updated with mattress and pillow protectors used in every room. Also, every piece of the bedding is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, all soaps and toiletries are replaced, and we even just installed a full house Alkaline water filtration system so every tap in the house features clean, filtered, and Alkaline water!
