This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced-in backyard and garage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This beautiful 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom spacious Scottsdale home is located near Kierland and has been recently updated. Property features a large, open backyard with swimming pool and waterfall, along with a hot tub, putting green, and outdoor BBQ grill.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($50/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events  
  
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ\`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.  
  
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

\*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.  
  
\*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.  
  
\*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.   
  
\*No Pets Allowed - Evidence of a pet found will result in a $250 fee.  
  
\*For your safety and the safety of the home, we have one external security camera installed to monitor the front point of entry.

The house is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fine. This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $450, the tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.

Wonderful open floor plan for a social and comfortable gathering. Kitchen well stocked, big fridge. Laundry capability was very useful. Large dining table was perfect. Many bathrooms that were very clean. Homey feel. Pool was lovely, clean. Lots of outdoor space for sitting. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable.

Fine location with easy access to golf, tennis and hiking. Very nice backyard with pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked. Owners were unusually prompt with communication and very professional/organized.

A weekend for golf with friends. Very convenient to TPC and Grayhawk golf courses. House was definitely what we expected in the online detail. Easy check in great stay easy check out couldn’t ask for more. You won’t be disappointed.

Great property. Outdoor space was awesome! The host provided everything we needed for the four nights we were there. We had sunblock, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and many other convenient amenities provided for free and no crazy demands upon check out!

Excellent time had by all, great pool and deck, enjoyed sitting on patio for breakfast and dinner. Great layout for the family. Convenient location to access Scottsdale and the surrounding area. Prop manager is responsive and communicates very well!
