We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale.....condo was great for our week...within walking distance of shops/restaurants and pool was right out the back door. Very friendly people and no issues with condo....booking and check-in/checkout process was easy to follow and seamless

Great spot
A friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. Location was central to old town, easy access to hiking, restaurants, and shopping. Loved how it had two bathrooms and it’s own parking spot. The beds, pillows, and bedding weren’t the most comfortable but overall I would recommend and would stay again.

Check in was easy, this was a last minute booking. The lock unlocked the door, but it never would lock after that. There was an odor in the residence, creaky floors and sometimes no water pressure. The biggest issue was one of the bedrooms didn’t cool off at night. It explained why all the air vents except that room were closed when we arrived. The host did send someone to check it but they said it was fine. The host was nice but didn’t really fix anything.

Comfy place in a great location
Very communicative and responsive hosts. Place was very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable and showers great. On the con side - internet service sometimes spotty. Subscription tv channels had a tough time loading, ironing board very cheap and would not stay up. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

The condo was very nice. The check-in process was a bit difficult as the keypad was as not working properly. The rental group did send a technician out and he changed the batteries which worked but the temporary code they told us to use didn’t work. We tried the original code and that did work, so problem solved. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The other issue was the TVs. There are three TVs but you have to use your own streaming service to watch them. We have cable and do not use a streaming service. Luckily one of our sons had a service we used, but the need for a streaming service should be stated before rental. Again the lady I talked to from the agency was very helpful and sent out a technician that explained the streaming to us. We did not put the streaming in the TVs in bedrooms, so they only got a few channels and those channels were not ones we would normally watch. The condo was exceptionally clean. Whoever you are using for a cleaning service does a great job. Also the location couldn’t be better. The condo had everything needed to feel at home.
