Very nice enclosed patio & hot tub with pergola cover. Patio shared by 3-4 units, so is big size. Unit is clean & neat & no carpet. We travel with our cat (flea-free) and prefer units with no carpet (i.e. flea haven). Vince, manager, was in touch before-after-and-during our stay. It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. They initially stated that they would bring more pods by but then a day later stated that all they would provid us with was enough to get started - not near enough for the 5 days we were there. One in middle of night AND FOR THE REST OF THE NIGHT. Hot tub not well taken care of. Was a foot down in water and was yellow/green. Couple next door went in said it was like a swamp. Starvos unit number 2 was our unit. Gorgeous walkout patio with abundant seating and various levels of sun/shade. Great quaint pool. Friendly visitors. Quiet location. East face unit. Tons of light but not overly hot. Fantastic cleaning crew. Much amenities making for emergency purchases unnecessary. The bathroom was big and very clean. You can tell the unit owner thought of everything. Bed was very comfortable. Memory foam mattress slightly firmer. Not too firm. Location very very close to green belts for dog walking, old town Scottsdale for fun eating and window shopping. This is our go-to place when we travel. The price was unbeatable!! The unit itself had scratches and chipped paint throughout majority of the locations where furniture was present. The unit had a fairly strong sulfur smell which made it difficult for my girlfriend to sleep. All that being said, the worst part was how thin the walls are. This is not a reflection of the owners however I feel it is important for any potential renter to know that your (or your neighbors) ability to sleep fully depends on everyone respecting the un-enforced quiet hours. We unfortunately had tenants next to us who began talking loudly around 3AM. They continued to do so throughout the night and we were unable to sleep until 630AM when either they left or fell asleep. We were able to hear every conversation through the shared walls as well as feeling the reverberations from them slamming the doors shut persistently. I would not stay here again due to the above.
