After a long trip into town or a day on one of Scottsdale's many golf courses, sink into the high-capacity Bullfrog jetted spa. It seats eight comfortably and is outfitted with steps and a handrail for safe entry and exit, plus a towel and drink table. LED lights accentuate the evening experience, while patio string lights set an inviting scene for dining, with seating for six and plenty of additional room under the patio to relax and enjoy beautiful Arizona evenings.

Indoors, the entertainment room offers adult card games, a 65-inch QLED 4K Ultra HD smart TV with a full sports package and local TV cable access, and two bar top tables with seating for four. Across the home, three 65-inch QLED 4K Ultra HD smart TVs carry full Cox sports and local television packages, along with streaming from Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV+, Amazon Prime Video and more, so the national games, golf, or a family movie night are always on hand.

Cooking here is effortless. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, baking pans, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a hot water kettle, toaster, mixer, and blender, and olive oil and popular spices are provided. Mornings begin with a Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks coffee pods, and when it is time for libations you will find plenty of wine, cocktail, and martini glasses along with the tools for opening and mixing beverages.

For entertaining, the dining room seats eight adults comfortably, the perfect setting for a holiday meal with friends and family, while the kitchen easily seats seven for more casual moments.

Restful sleep is assured with two king beds and two queen beds, each highly rated for comfort and cool sleeping and dressed in upgraded linens for a cloud-like feel. Feather and synthetic pillows are available in every bedroom. Each bedroom has a spacious closet with hangers and shelving and USB chargers, and the primary bedroom adds a standalone dresser and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage.

Each bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer, extra linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and both bathrooms enjoy immediate hot water. The laundry room includes an iron, steamer, ironing board, and laundry detergent. When work calls, a dedicated workspace offers two sit-down desks with chairs, and high-speed Wi-Fi with several boosters provides full coverage throughout the property, including the backyard.

The neighborhood makes everyday errands easy. Safeway is about a 3-minute drive, Kierland Golf Club is about 6 minutes away, and Kierland Commons is about a 7-minute drive. For time outdoors, Shadow Mountain Preserve is about 12 minutes away, and favorites like Perk Eatery, Saba's Mediterranean Kitchen, and Eastwind Sushi and Grill are all a short drive.

A free 240V EV charger outlet is available, and guests will need to provide their own EV charging cable.

The garage is not available to guests, as it is used for the owner's storage.
