Kitchen was great the host replaced small appliances that were not working right away. Very quiet neighborhood except for leaf blowers at 6am two days. The pool area was incredible! Keurig coffee maker did not work. Mgmt company asked me to unplug a gas grill in the rain, which didn't feel safe given it was very wet around outlet. Also, took 12 hours to come out and inspect a gas leak at the grill (which was a leak). I would say poor comms with mgmt company, but experience was still very positive. We recommend a new sofa and master bed given they're only a few inches off the floor and tough to get out. ##### Phil B. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, though. Several walls were dirty, both in the living room and in a bedroom. The pot holders in the drawers were not washed and the pillows on the sectional were dirty. There were also stains/dirty areas on the sectional. One of the ovens didn’t work nor did the wine fridge. The lights above the stovetop also didn’t work. The dining room table was missing a chair, which we found broken in a closet. Some of the furniture inside and out should probably be replaced, especially the outside cushions. Overall, our stay was very comfortable; the location was perfect, the pool was nice, and the supplies/amenities sufficient. Having a vacuum available for guests who stay more than a week would be helpful. ##### Julie B.
