If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind and get away from it all this is the place for you! Our resort style Scottsdale condo is comfortable and clean. It's located near great restaurants, golf, ball parks, casinos, hiking trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Come for Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson or the Arabian Horse Show to name a few. There is also easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler. This beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor and has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). You may find yourself curled up reading a book or watching your favorite show in the living room which features a sleeper sofa, decorative fireplace, chair and 50” Smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the balcony. When you want to stay in and cook the kitchen has what you need to cook your meals; microwave, stove/oven, fridge, Keurig coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is a nice round table, seating for up to 4\. The bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo. For your convenience this unit boasts its own laundry room inside with a full-sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 42” Smart TV with cable and dresser. The community amenities are top notch and features a heated pool & spa, BBQ grills, fitness room with ellipticals, treadmills and some weights, steam room & sauna, business center, community area living room with TV and kitchen. However, you do need to climb 3 sets of stairs to reach it and the corridors outside the condo are quite dirty. The kitchen is fairly well supplied but some items needed to be replaced, like the frying pans. The manager did replace items requested. It is a very quiet location and the main pool and gym are very nice. The spa was out of service for our entire stay of 10 days. The managing company could only be reached by email but was very responsive. Unfortunately the condo had not been cleaned thoroughly and we had to do some cleaning of items ourselves. ##### Mary Anne G. The key pad on the door made it very easy to come and go with no keys to keep up with. Great appliances. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, paper towels, and trash bags. Our only complaints were the bed linens and towels. We could not dry off with the bath towels without getting covered in tiny pieces of the towels. Same with the bed sheets. After just one sleep we were covered in white cotton balls.
