The Space: Welcome to Desert Palms! This renovated home is the perfect place to stay with friends and family. Walk through the front doors to the brand-new red pool table in the center of the living area. With a dining room that seats 8, you have the perfect table to enjoy home-cooked meals. Step into the kitchen with LG appliances and dual ovens. There is plenty of counter space to prepare meals on. Double-door fridge with a pull-out freezer drawer on the bottom. A dual drip and Kcup coffee maker to start your day with a cup of coffee. 8 barstools are situated around the large Formica kitchen island. This kitchen is fully stocked with the essential kitchen utensils for your stay. The den, in the same open floor plan as the kitchen, offers a large sectional to lounge around and watch your favorite sports games with friends. A Frigidaire washer and dryer are on site in this property, with a half bathroom located off of the laundry room. Backyard: This large backyard has plenty of seating and a pool with a water feature. There's a grill for you to cook out on! Enjoy the Arizona sun lounging around the pool. Master Bedroom: This King bed ensuite features a wall-mounted Smart LG TV, private access to the backyard, and a newly renovated walk-in shower with dual shower heads. His and her sinks and a stool located at the vanity make getting ready in the mornings a breeze—a private toilet room. Bed 2: Queen bedroom with two nightstands and a closet. Bed 3: Large King bedroom with Samsung Smart TV, two nightstands, and a closet. Bed 4: A Full and twin bedroom makes this room perfect for kids. There is a private TV in this bedroom with a dresser to store your belongings in. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway that the three bedrooms share. How far is the home from the Airport? A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away. Q. How does the pool heat work? A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay. Q. Early check-in or late check-out? A. Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. We enjoyed every inch of this house and its amenities. We played the games, spent time out back on the putting green, the pool and the evenings in the jacuzzi. The neighborhood is really nice and access to all the things is perfect! The house was clean, spacious and had just about everything we needed. If I must add an improvement feedback for consideration, a few throw blankets for the beds or couches, a broom so we can clean up as we go throughout the week and clear communication on the add/ description that to heat the jacuzzi is an additional, but fair expense Overall, beautiful house for our large brood and spacious enough to enjoy each other in different areas. ##### Dale S. We had daily communications regarding hot tub issue (a big deal for us) and once they believed us worked to resolve them. The house is lovely and clean but the outside tables really needed attention. Everything was clean and ready to go. Quiet neighborhood, but close to a ton of stuff and highways. Only thing was the hot tub wasn't heated and I wasn't aware it was linked to the pool heat. The house is exactly as pictured and more! Our family loved the spaciousness and the backyard was definitely more than we expected. Lots of space, great pool, and entertaining area. It slept 7 of us very comfortably and the home is beautiful however here is where it fell short. It backs up to a very busy street so the traffic noise while in the backyard is loud. The nice waterfall you see in the photos was not working. The home sleeps 8 and there is great seating for dining but trying to cook with pots and pans meant for two was a challenge. 5 of us sharing the hallway bathroom for showers was difficult especially since the shower curtain rod kept falling down and they do not provide a hairdryer. We rented the home for 5 nights but they only provide 1 set of garbage bags so we had to go buy our own. The home was beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation but there are some small things they could improve on. ##### Terry L.
