Kathleen was an awesome hostess. Her response time to my texts was immediate. The house was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The outdoor fireplace and firepit were awesome! There is a pesky neighbor that was very rude to me and my family, but she did not deter us from having a great family gathering.

This home is so beautiful and elegantly decorated. The high ceiling and beautiful decorations really make you feel like you are living in a castle. My family stayed here for the new year and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is great, very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who's staying in Chandler.

The house is really nice and spacious with beautiful up to date furnishings and decor. Beds were all comfortable with nice linens and the kitchen was well stocked with a nice welcome basket. My husband appreciated the candy😊 and popcorn. Thanks!

This is a perfect house for a family with young children. Very comfortable with everything you need. The location is great to get around the greater Phoenix area. Kathleen is an excellent host and we will definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay. Our host was welcoming and the home was just as nice in person as it was shown in the preview pictures. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. We look forward to coming to stay here again.
