For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. Front door lock was a challenge and maintenance guy stopped by next day to resolve. Brian the maintenance guy was great! Outside patio and front door could have been swept up. All the thoughtful touches and the well-stocked kitchen are so nice. Super clean environment, comfortable beds and furniture, fun decor, and a nice patio with a grill made us feel at home. The location is near restaurants and parks, and a 10-minute drive from Fort McDowell, a beautiful place. Communication with the rental company was excellent.
