Located near the iconic Fountain Park, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Fountain Hills and the surrounding Arizona desert have to offer. The space This home was fully remodeled in 2021 with modern finishes, stylish furnishings, and an open-concept layout that maximizes comfort and flow. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: Master Suite: King-sized bed, private bathroom with brand-new tiled shower and soaking tub, and serene views of Four Peaks. Secondary Bedrooms: Three additional bedrooms with comfortable beds and tasteful decor, accommodating family or friends with ease. Living & Entertainment: Open floorplan living area with ample seating for everyone to gather, perfect for movie nights or casual conversation. The cul-de-sac was super quiet and clean, which was nice. Fountain Park was a 5 minute drive. The house was decent, but the view was spectacular. A few things that were unfortunate, but not unbearable....It did have an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open all the doors for quite some time to air it out. The patio furniture was pretty dirty and the lounge chairs were ripped. The kitchen was decently equipped, but not a culinary dream. Knives were dull, pan selection was poor. The second night we were there the smoke detectors started chirping. No one from the management company answered my text, so my husband had to find an old battery in the entryway closet, pull the ladder out of the garage, and change the battery. The following morning a couple more smoke alarms started chirping. I messaged the management company once again. Instead of peak customer service, they asked if I'd like them to drop batteries off. I had to specify that I wanted them to handle the smoke alarms. Fast forward to the guy changing the batteries in the alarms and another tech from an HVAC company shows up to service the AC (I guess this appt. was made sometime prior to us arriving). Needless to say, the start of our vacation was frustrating due to the issues at the rental. Additionally, the pool needed a good cleaning. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Jill T. 26 avr. 2024 #### Golf Trip Pool area of home was wonderful. Loved having the heated pool. House was well stocked with shampoos, laundry supplies, etc. Inside reasonably clean. Could have been better, dust bunnies under bed, inside of kitchen garbage can dirty, etc. Outside landscaping has lots of weeds in front yard. Be prepared if you choose the large security deposit it will be held for close to 6 weeks, approx 4 weeks before and 2 weeks after your stay. We have stayed stayed in vrbo properties in this area for years and have never had a security deposit this large. ##### Jill T. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Backyard and pool was a good setting to relax. Just be sure to read the listing details as there is only a pool, no spa and the cost to heat the pool is not included in the listing price but if you are coming in warm months that probably isn't needed. Nearby has some very nice restraunts and a good sports bar. Close to the Tonto Forest which was the basis for our stay. ##### James F.
