Completely remodeled in 2018, all new appliances, 2 car garage, but owners car is stored in one stall of the 2 and the other is open for a small car, 2 master bedrooms and a very large multitiered deck to sit on while enjoying your morning coffee, lunch and/or evening dinner, on the water! It contains all the dishes, silverware, towels, linens, WI-FI and cable. This charmer is located in a great, safe and quiet area, with a community pool and activities throughout the year! It is located minutes away from many different conveniences in Gilbert! Whether it be shopping in San Tan Valley, night life, going out for a bite to eat, shopping, grocery stores, golfing, Spring Training or anything else you might want to do, you are close to it all.
