The best thing about is house is the pool area. The sectional in the living room is very comfortable, we never used the dining room but the table is beautiful. Garage door was not functional. We had some issues with critters. Owner uses a pest service monthly and was very responsive to sending someone over. Considering the time of year we understood. The master bed was very comfortable but it is literally 37” off the ground. Our toddler granddaughter visited us a few times. Well maintained home that is very comfortable. Please note that Master bed is extremely high up off the ground. It would have been nice to have a step stool to get in and out safely. The pool and back yard was very quiet, lush, private, and relaxing. The owner was very very responsive with any issues we had and took appropriate steps to correct any issues that occurred. The house numbers are very hard to see at night so arrival the very first night after a long day of travel was a little stressful but that was the only stressful part. We all ended up getting a virus and spent our last 4 nights sick on the couch but the house allowed us to have a very restful sick days. We stayed with a 21 month old and had to move some small statues but she really enjoyed the bench on the kitchen table as it was a perfect height to be her table. The house and pool were so nice and welcoming. My spouse had some complications after surgery, which required that we extend our stay. The owner was able to work it out so we could stay a little longer (by delaying her own trip), which helped out a lot. The neighborhood and location are wonderful. It's around 2 easy miles to the Mayo Clinic, and there are grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. The landscaping throughout the gated community is very pretty as well.
