The weather was warm enough so the kids & young adults could swim for a couple of hours. Initially, we thought the location would be too far from the city but the drive was easy. The house sits on a hillside with gorgeous views out to the mountains, and a big deck to enjoy outdoor meals and happy hour. We had 10 adults and 2 children and had lots of room to spread out. The kids (and the adults) really enjoyed the game room with the air hockey, ping pong and pool tables. Since we were cooking for Thanksgiving, it was great to have a second kitchen downstairs for more refrigerator space and another oven. Our experience visiting Fountain Hills was a first and it did not disappoint! Our group enjoyed the great views, amazing pool, and the house was immaculate. The home theatre was top-notch with leather recliners and state-of-the-art surround sound. The location and neighborhood are quiet and clean, far enough from the rat race but close enough to good restaurants and fun. The views from the pool/balcony are of all the mountains and the sunset was great to watch. The home theater is wonderful for a big group. I would come back to stay here in a second.
