The pool will be heated to a comfortable 80 - 82 degrees. \* POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER: Electric heat pumps are designed to function efficiently when the ambient outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. However, when the temperature drops below this threshold, the heat pumps automatically shut off to conserve energy and prevent overheating. As soon as the temperature rises above 50 degrees, the system will resume heating the pool to the desired temperature of 80-82 degrees, working continuously to maintain comfort for our guests. \* PROPANE TANK FEE: There will be an additional charge of $35 per propane tank for use of the Fire Pit. All propane tanks will be available and accessible upon request. \* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal.
