Everything was very clean and organized upon our arrival. The hot tub was not working during our stay, but the host was very obliging about that issue. The home has a very nice back patio and the swimming pool is definitely a plus. One thing to be aware of if you are extremely sensitive to street noise, as I am, you will have difficulty sleeping at night. Regardless of which bedroom you are in, the noise from 50th St. is almost constant. Just something to be aware of. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.
