📋 HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT POLICIES
No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood home. Bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking/vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Strict Pool Rules for Pets: NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL OR SPA. Dog hair severely clogs the filtration and cleaning equipment; violations will result in automated deep-cleaning fees.

28+ Day / Mid-Term Rentals: Owner covers the first $150/month in electric/gas utilities (tenant covers overages). Water, trash, landscaping, and pool maintenance are fully included. A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in.
