This is a decent hotel with the ambience of a Holiday Inn Express not a Crowne Plaza! The lobby is much less elegant than shown in the pictures. There is a very small bar. Overall, this is not a very classy place and I wouldn't stay there again.

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa
The health club gym is pretty run down with older equipment from the 1990's. The weight room was being painted while I was there for the week. I spent over $3,100 to stay their for 8 nights so would have expected perks from the Hotel.

Tempe Oasis
The hotel room we stayed in could use a deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was heated (January stay) when I called, they stated "it is heated". We ended up only using the hot tub. The grounds were very clean and well kept with beautiful mature palm trees and landscape. ...
