1- On the TV, you will have access to Paramount movies and Netflix

When entering and leaving the house, be sure to close the gates, for your safety and that of the other residents.

2- When leaving the apartment, leave the key in the safe and the remote control on the table. Please let us know when you are leaving.

3- Our apartment is known for its peace and quiet, let us not lose this characteristic by making excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors.

4- Trash should be disposed of in the trash can located on the sidewalk in front of the house, in front of the garage.

Access will be self check-in. The key will be in the safe at the entrance to the property. The control to open the garage door is inside the apartment. The garage is for one car, being a double garage for both apartments, when parking place your car close to the wall to allow the car of the guest in the other apartment to park.

I will be available throughout the stay via mobile messages or through the platform. The guest will contact the owner to receive instructions for self check-in.
