We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário de check-in, fomos atendidos muito bem, pelo recepcionista, que nos informou que, mesmo estando antes do horário, vamos liberar o acesso ao quarto, pois já está pronto. Só que, o quarto não era no Hotel Pousada e fomos colocados no Vacation Villa em um quarto com 3 camas (1 de casal e 2 de solteiro). Não foi o que estava na descrição do apto escolhido. Na segunda, 11/08, começaram obras no corredor do elevador no nosso andar (3º). Nesse dia, as obras estavam no corredor do elevador, tínhamos que descer dois lances de rampa e pegá-lo no 2º andar, estavam tirando o piso, após o almoço foi impossível descansar por causa do barulho, nosso quarto era de frente para o corredor. Porém, na terça começaram a tirar o piso na frente do nosso quarto, quando usavam a máquina, tremia todo o quarto. Tivemos que ficar fora do quarto o dia inteiro, hora que voltamos, o piso dentro do quarto estava cheio de poeira. Nesse corredor das obras ficam os carrinhos de limpeza das camareiras do andar, portanto, o serviço delas tbm ficou comprometido. Logo na segunda, arrumaram o quarto e deixaram sem toalhas de banho e sem tapete de banheiro. Ficamos o dia todo fora e ao chegar no quarto, molhados, tivemos que ligar atrás de toalha e esperar por mais de 30 min. No dia seguinte não colocaram papel higiênico. Entendo a necessidade de obras para melhorias, porém meu quarto estava na reta do corredor, tiraram o piso da frente da nossa porta, muito barulho e poeira, pedreiros falando e fumando o tempo todo. Em momento algum perguntaram se queriamos mudar de quarto. Não é isso que se espera quando paga R$ 6.000,00 em 4 diárias. Ficamos no apartamento 225, quarto é bem grande e confortável, porém muitas coisas não funcionavam bem, principalmente o banheiro, tampa do vaso quebrada, torneiras dos banheiros mal reguladas, chuveiro fraco, velho e faltava água toda hora. Cama eu achei muito velha, colchão muito usado. Portal mal regulado, não fechava o trinco da porta. Enfim, por ser a pousada mais antiga do complexo, as coisas são bem antigas, venhas. Falta muita manutenção para deixar de acordo. Café da manhã e o almoço impecáveis, muitas opções e uma variedades de alimentos e bebidas, tudo incluído na hospedagem. Parque das fontes bom como sempre, tudo lindo e perfeito. Hot Park estava melhor ainda, todas as partes impecáveis, muito bem cuidado. Não achei legal em alguns tobogãs não liberar a descida por excesso de peso, tipo, o mais radical limite era 100kg e eu tenho 101kg, não fui liberado para descer. Todas as outras vezes saimos extremamente satisfeitos, não por acaso retornamos diversas vezes. Porém essa nossa última visita foi uma grande decepção. Embora a qualidade dos parques e da alimentação tenha continuado muito boa posso listar aqui uma série de problemas que tivemos que na minha opinião não condizem com o preço cobrado: 1- Quando chegamos fomos direcionados para um quarto horrível (paredes todas manchadas, cortinas furadas, aspecto muito feio mesmo); 2- Após conversa com a gerente pois eu não admitia ficar em um quarto como aquele fomos trocados de quarto. Porém esse quarto tivemos muitos problemas com o ar-condicionado, onde o mesmo ligava e desligava a cada 2-3 mintutos, além de ficar dando um apito extremamente irritante. O técnico foi ao nosso quarto 3 vezes e não resolveu o problema. Ao ponto de 2 horas da madrugada a situação estava impraticável pois não conseguíamos dormir e tivemos que ir à recepção para solicitar uma nova troca de quarto. 3- No terceiro quarto que ficamos tivemos novamente problema com o ar-condicionado que não gelava, apenas ficava ventilando. Novamente o técnico foi ao nosso quarto 4 vezes e não resolveu o problema. Ficamos decepcionados com tamanha incopetência da equipe técnica e decidimos ficar SEM AR-CONDICIONADO POR 5 DIAS para não recebermos mais o técnico.
