A cozy and bright 40-square-meter studio apartment, ideal for 3 people. The apartment offers a modern and comfortable setting. Located near the historic center, it’s perfect for those who want to explore the city comfortably on foot. A true urban gem that combines the convenience of a central location with the warmth of a cozy temporary home. Ideal for travelers who want to immerse themselves in the local culture and history.

The interior is laid out as follows:

- LIVING AREA with kitchenette (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, kettle, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, single sleeper chair, and TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and closet;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating with thermostat, portable fan, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 3 steps at the entrance to the building.
NO A/C—only warm air comes out of the vent in the apartment. A portable fan is provided.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the home, and there are no shared spaces.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for landmarks such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous fountains in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery, and Rocca Paolina (and its underground passages). If you’re passing through this beautiful region, don’t miss a visit to Assisi and its basilica, the medieval town of Gubbio, the picturesque town of Todi, the town of Montefalco—renowned for its vineyards—and the city of Foligno (renowned for its historical reenactments and the Quintana joust).
The accommodations are located about a 10-minute walk from the historic center, which can also be reached via the SCLPA escalator service in Piazza Partigiani, 750 meters from the apartment. Essential amenities such as cafes, grocery stores, and a pharmacy are within 600 meters.

- From Perugia Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or rental car (16 minutes).

- From the Perugia train station, you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes (1.2 km).

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. A guaranteed, uncovered building parking lot is available. The parking area is enclosed by an entrance gate.
Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Saba parking lot in Piazza Partigiani, 750 meters from the accommodation.
