« Wir haben statt der beworbenen gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse einen mit Gras bewachsenen Freisitz mit „Steinmöblierung“ neben der FeWo vorgefunden. Der Freisitz ist erreichbar, wenn man entweder über den Park-/Müllplatz der Nachbarn oder auf dem öffentlichen Gehweg um das Haus geht. Eine Terrasse ist ein Freisitz mit festem Bodenbelag. Man erreicht sie direkt von dem Inneren des Gebäudes. Die Einrichtung ist von einfacher Qualität. Es gibt Hocker statt Stühle. Die Matratzen bestehen aus...
