« Room was very clean & spacious…we had a family of four (with really tall kids) & the room space was perfect! Bathrooms were extremely clean & everything worked great. Front desk staff was very nice & courteous. Breakfast was great. I travel quite a bit & this is probably the cleanest HIE I’ve stayed at. Will definitely stay here again! »

« The staff was friendly and professional, the room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but in the main room the coffeemaker had thick dust on top so I cleaned it. The lamp table had remnants of a prior food or drink spill. It wasn't anything that would keep me from staying there again, though. »

« Called contact to see if we could get in a little early and asked them to call back. Instead of calling me back, they emailed me a while later. I didn’t check email because I was expecting a call. By the time I checked email we didn’t get to check in early. They also need to post directions on how to change thermostat. Neighborhood not that great and backyard is a mess. Other than that it was great. House was clean and cute. »
