"This house is amazing! We had blend of 3 families with adults and lots of kids. Most of the rooms have bunks built in or in a separate little room off the main bedroom. Lots of space for everyone. The outdoor pool area was really GREAT! We rented a boat and parked it right on the dock. We fished, we swam, kayaked, and the kids ended up swimming right in the canal too! The concierge immediately texts you so if there are any issues you can just text directly and they take care of it. We had very minor issues like remote wouldn’t work, etc. they were handled promptly and weren’t big issues anyway. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back in the future."

"Host was excellent, pool beautiful, beach right off the property easy access. Only thing was the condo needed alot of updating its looking rundown not as nice as it appears in the pictures on VRBO. It definitely needs to be cleaned better lots of dirt in corners, fridge was broken but was fixed quickly."

"This was our second stay at the Phoenix X. We love the ease of walking to nearby restaurants and Flora Bama bar. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed! The pool is huge and the staff are very friendly. See you next year!"

"So this was our first time staying at a property not on the oceanfront in the area and it was a great choice on the Big Lagoon. The bungalow had all the amenities we needed and was convenient, centrally located, and close to everything but at the same time very serene, peaceful and quiet. A nice breeze was always present. Great neighborhood and easy trips to Perdido Key/Orange Beach/Gulf Shores or Pensacola Beach going the other way. The Murphy Bed was comfortable to sleep on and the power flush toilet was a nice touch. Everything worked and was clean. The patio out back was a good place to relax and take in the lagoon life and the pier was fun for fishing and sightseeing. A great place for couples and the best compliment would be that we would gladly stay here again."
