« My parents, cpusin, and 2 adult children rented this wonderful house for a birthday getaway! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and we enjoyed having 2 living areas. The home was well equipped and in a great location with a quick drive to beach access. Its only a mile to the beach, so easy to walk there too. We will definitely keep The Copacabana House in mind for the future! »

« We took an extended family vacation for almost a week - grandparents, parents, and kids ranging from toddler to almost 10 Our only "complaint" was that monitoring the stairs to keep the toddler from climbing up (and maybe falling down) was out of the ordinary for us The house was immaculate, with plenty of space for everyone in our group Close to everything we wanted to do - but in a quiet neighborhood Recommend this location to anyone who can handle stairs »

« Very small townhome. Comfortable beds and great hot water and water pressure. Just right for two or three people. Nearby to beaches and playground. The neighborhood is very quiet. Backyard is a little scruffy but it’s to be expected at springtime. Gas grill works great. Thank you for letting us stay for 35 nights. »

« We had a blast in our first visit to the Perdido Key area. The area came on a recommendation from a friend. We found the house in Redfish Harbor and it lived up to the picture and billing! Nearly brand new. Great neighborhood amenities. We will be back for sure! »

« I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay. »

« If your idea of camping is in a luxury category then this place is for you! The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset. This is also perfect for well behaved pets, we had a 6 months old Cane Corso and he absolutely loved the shallow water, this place is a little piece of paradise if you treat it as such. Inside...

« We had a great stay with 3 adults and 7 children! The house is so big on the inside! I think it is awesome that the owner has things for babies should it be needed like a pack in play and high chair. We didn’t need those things but as a mom I thought I found it so thoughtful! The walk to the beach was like 2 minutes and the small Bay Area was great for kids, all of ours were under 10 years old. »
