The biggest issue was in the description it lists "private beach access". The private beach belonged to an Association the property owner is a member of and required a member be present for guest to visit the beach. The Owner was willing to come down if we wanted to use the beach, but we felt this was obtrusive to us and her. Other than that, it was a nice rental. ##### Richard B. My sister and an old friend spent January thru February here. We had tons of space and everything we needed. Great fenced back yard for our dogs. Great space out front to relax.
