This pristine 4-bedroom 4 bath home offers easy access to the beach via a sidewalk easement directly across the street. Less than 75 yards from the front door to the white sand beaches. A brand-new private pool is located in the yard with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. There are also terrific views from the large gulf facing deck (with direct water views of the gulf), and ample seating on the deck for plenty of people to dine or to relax. Look at our house on the map, see how close it is to the Gulf. Not all houses are the same, and your walk from our house to the sand/water is incredibly convenient. Your walk is one minute, and less if you're in a hurry. We have a wagon to help carry all of your toys, and plenty of beach chairs for you to borrow when you head down to the beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms offers access to a private bath. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and sleeper sofa, and massive bathroom with lots of closet space, and a jetted jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed with attached bathroom with tub, the third bedroom offers a queen bed and two twin beds (one bunkbed) with attached bathroom with shower, and the fourth bedroom offers four double beds (two bunkbeds) and an attached bathroom with tub. The kitchen is well equipped and ideally laid out for entertaining, with a gas cooktop, microwave, double oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, under counter beverage fridge, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of pots and pans for cooking at home. Salt, pepper, and all spices and seasonings are already here. The great room is adjacent to the kitchen and offers ample seating and large HD television. The dining room includes a large table with seating for 8, and 3 barstools for sitting at the kitchen counter. Both the living and dining areas offer access to the covered deck and a view of the water up front, and the pool in the back. A portion of the enclosed area under the house has been set up as a game room complete with pool table and darts. There is also a large open covered area under the house ideal for entertaining, and ample seating for hanging out. Read our reviews!! We love our house and so do families that stay here. Communication with the owner was superb. We had a small issue with the pool when we first arrived, but he worked to resolve it immediately. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the ping pong table, pool table and dart board kept the kids entertained, especially on the one rainy day we had. We couldn't have found a better house! The beach is just steps away, and the restaurants, shops, and docks for deep sea fishing are all less than ten minutes away. We were not disappointed! The house looks exactly like the pictures and the host was attentive when I asked questions. Beach access is literally steps from the front door and there is shareable beach stuff such as a wagon which was helpful for getting our stuff to the beach. Check in and out was an easy process as well. Our family had a wonderful time here and plan to return in the future! Thank you Tom for sharing your beach home with us! ##### Debbie G. The home bedrooms were set up perfectly for our group. It was clean and welcoming. The pool area was great for our group. There were plenty of beach toys, and a cart. It made it so nice for us since we flew into the area this year. Beds were comfortable. I had a few questions and Tom was always so quick to get back. A few new pans to cook with would be my only suggestion. Some were pretty used. With that said perfect trip. The beach is truly yards away. ##### Risa L. We each had the equivalent of our own private suite off in 3 different areas of the large, comfortable and beautifully appointed home where we could retreat for a nap, reading or tv down time when we weren't all out of the large deck watching the Blues and the Birds Super Delta flyover! We also appreciated that the pantry was quite well stocked, that we had ample choices of beach chairs, floats, etc. at our disposal, and the elevator was a true godsend, esp for my dad. Host Tom was a pleasure to communicate with. 5 big ol gold stars! We loved every minute of our stay and all the memories we made are truly priceless. ##### Jill S. The floor plan helped make the house seem bigger, it was very well stocked and had everything you need for the beach. This house fit the needs of our family perfectly. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath and the heated pool was a treat for those of us who aren’t exactly beach people.
